Complete Installation of Food Processing Production Lines

Project Description

We have carried out several complete projects in the food industry, including beverages, dairy products, yogurts, and various food processing lines. In each of these projects, we managed all works from the receipt of the machines to their full operational commissioning.

Our achievements include:

  • 1️⃣ Receipt and Inspection of Machines

    We handle the receipt of equipment delivered by manufacturers, check their condition, verify accessories, and ensure compliance with the specifications.

  • 2️⃣ Complete Mechanical Installation of Production Lines

    We carried out the installation of production lines while respecting the workflow of each process, adapted to each type of product:

    • Carbonated Beverages Line:
      Depalletizer → Washer → Filler → Capper → Inspector → Labeler → Case Packer (Krons, KHS…)
    • Dairy Products Line:
      Receiving Tank → Filter / Separator → Standardization → Pasteurizer → Homogenizer → Cooling Heat Exchanger / Refrigerated Tank → Filler → Labeler / Packaging / Palletizer
    • Biscuits and Cakes Production Line:
      Mixer / Kneader → Roller → Industrial Oven → Cooling Conveyor → Decorator → Packaging
    • Vegetable Oil Production Line:
      Sorter → Grinder → Oil Press → Extractor → Refinery → Filter → Filler
    • Other Lines:
      Production lines for pasta, canned goods, fruit juices, confectionery, etc.
  • 3️⃣ Implementation of the Industrial Process

    We carried out the following tasks:

    • Fabrication and installation of stainless steel piping networks and connection of production lines.
    • Assembly of tanks, pumps, process skids, drainage networks, and vents.
    • High-quality welding and execution of leak tests.
    • Correction and adjustment of the production lines.
    • Testing and final validation of the process.
    • Implementation of CIP (Clean In Place) and SIP (Sterilization In Place) systems for cleaning and sterilizing tanks, pipes, and equipment prior to startup.
  • 4️⃣ Electrical and Automation Works

    We carried out all the electrical and automation works necessary for the full operation of the production lines:

    ⚡ Electrical Works:
    • Design and fabrication of main switchboards (TGBT) and control panels
    • Installation of cable trays and cable routing
    • Connections, testing, and electrical commissioning
    • Integration of protection and safety devices
    🤖 Automation & Control:
    • Installation and configuration of instrumentation (sensors, actuators, flow meters, probes, etc.)
    • Programming of industrial PLCs (Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell…)
    • Development of operator interfaces (HMI)
    • Integration of SCADA supervision systems (WinCC, InTouch, etc.)
    • Functional testing, simulation, and validation of the automated process
  • 5️⃣ Commissioning and Support

    We carried out all commissioning operations and technical support to ensure the optimal startup of the installations:

    • Execution of no-load and load tests
    • FAT/SAT testing
    • IQ / OQ / PQ qualification of food industry equipment
    • Performance testing of production lines (flow rates, speed, filling accuracy)
    • Optimization of line speed and performance
    • Support during production startup
    • Technical assistance and real-time adjustments
    Deliverables after commissioning:
    • Complete technical dossier (schematics, plans, bill of materials)
    • Final FAT/SAT test reports and IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications
    • Operation and maintenance manuals
    • Performance optimization documentation
    • Operator and maintenance training materials
