Our specialists perform mechanical assembly according to the following steps:

Step 1 – Planning and Preparation: Before starting any work, clear project planning is essential. This includes a site assessment, review of technical specifications, and risk analysis. Safety measures and any potential additional costs are also defined.

Step 2 – Site Preparation: Access routes must be cleared for equipment delivery. The installation area must be clean, leveled, and marked, with enough space for maintenance and ventilation.

Step 3 – Unloading and Handling: Equipment unloading and transport must be carried out using certified lifting devices. Proper handling techniques prevent accidents and damage.

Step 4 – Assembly and Alignment: Components are assembled according to manufacturer instructions. Precise alignment, often achieved using laser tools, ensures optimal performance and quality.

Step 5 – Connection and Integration: Once assembled, power sources, hydraulic systems, and related components are connected per technical documentation. All connections are checked and secured.
