Turnkey Project – Replacement of the Coal/Oil Boiler with a Biomass and LNG Hybrid Solution

Project Description

The project is part of the Energy Performance Contract (EPC) in France. It aims to replace the old coal/oil boiler with a biomass / LNG hybrid installation, contributing to an overall strategy of decarbonization and energy efficiency.

Project Phases

✅ Detailed study and analysis of the specifications
✅ Preparation, validation, and provision of entry technical documents (3D plans, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, P&ID, etc.)
✅ Monitoring the design and manufacturing of cryogenic equipment by our supplier in Turkey (30 m³ LNG tank, skids, vaporizers, odorization units…)
✅ Design and integration of the automation system for complete boiler management (boilers, LNG tank, vaporizers, safety systems…)
✅ Development of the SCADA supervision system for visualization, energy monitoring, and alarm management
✅ Implementation of a telemetry system for remote monitoring and control
✅ Validation of civil engineering works on site according to the plan provided by GSA Automation
✅ Execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) in the workshop
✅ Complete management of equipment transportation from the manufacturer to the final client
✅ Customs follow-up, reception, and unloading of equipment on site
✅ Preparation and coordination of the installation work start
✅ Full installation of equipment and piping
✅ Electrical installation: connections, main switchboard power supply, instrumentation, and automation
✅ Execution of SAT (Site Acceptance Test) on site
✅ Final adjustments, calibrations, and fine-tuning
✅ Training of operational staff
✅ Final project handover and delivery of documentation
✅ Technical support and maintenance of the installation under the client contract
