Project Phases

• ✅ Detailed study and analysis of the specifications.
• ✅ Preparation, validation, and provision of input technical documents (3D plans, electrical and pneumatic diagrams, P&ID, etc.).
• ✅ Design, integration, and development of the automation part (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• ✅ Supervision of the manufacturing of station equipment (skids, tanks, dispensers, etc.) at our manufacturer.
• ✅ Implementation of telemetry for remote supervision and maintenance.
• ✅ Execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at the workshop.
• ✅ Organization of transport, customs clearance, and reception of equipment.
• ✅ On-site installation at the client’s facility.
• ✅ Execution of SAT (Site Acceptance Test), adjustments, and team training.
• ✅ Final project handover and delivery of all documentation.
• ✅ Technical support and maintenance.
